CHCJ CONTESTS AND PROMOTIONS:

|
A new referral contest was held for the month of March. Any person who referred others
to CHCJ had their name placed in a drawing for three gift certificates. The winner, Mary Ann Miller, received
gift certifcates to ChicagoWater Grill, The Gathering and The Shedd. The prize package totaled $50.00. Thank you
to Mary Ann and our other friends of CHCJ who referred others to our office! We appreciate you!
Past prizes have included $50.00 gift certificates to the ChicagoWater Grill in Jonesville,
Michigan, weekend getaway trips and $50.00 gift certificates to Wal-Mart and other area businesses.

RIVERFEST AT CHCJ ...
On Saturday, May 21, 2005 from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. CHCJ held an UNDER THE TENT RIVERFEST CELEBRATION offering
prizes, pictures with "Chiro" The Clown, free balloons, stickers and coloring books. Also, we offered on-site,
complimentary, five-minute chair massages and a free spinal screenings.
Randy & Stacia Rathert were the winners of our FALL REFERRAL CONTEST. They received a
beautiful THANKSGIVING BASKET which included a turkey and all the trimmings to prepare a delicious Thanksgiving dinner!
We thank them for being patients who refer others to CHCJ!

SALVATION ARMY FOOD DRIVE:
From August 16 - September 17, CHCJ held a food drive to collect
non-perishable food items to be donated to The Salvation Army's Food Pantry ... benefiting those in need in our county.
For every THREE (3) items dropped off in a single visit, patients were
entered to win one of many great prizes. Drawings were held on September 18, 2004. All donating persons were
given a gift certificate for a FREE installation for Direct TV Satellite Systems.
